Cancellation Policy We require 48 hours of notice for all cancellation and modifications. This allows us to accommodate our waiting list and ensure our stylists' livelihood. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a late cancelation charge. This fee ranges from $45-$200, depending on the scheduled services. No Shows All no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services. Tips Credit Card tips are not accepted. Gratuity can be left in the form of cash or Venmo. We apologize for any inconvenience. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Returns are not accepted on makeup, accessories, brushes or travel size products. We do not offer refunds on services and will happily provide an alternative solution if you are not completely satisfied with a service. If you experience a reaction to any product or service, please call us immediately. Children It is our goal to provide a relaxing and calming experience for all guests. Due to safety concerns and space limitations, we do not allow children on the styling floor during their guardian's appointment.
